You may be wondering why this Newsletter has appeared. The answer is that I had some time on my hands and found myself in a creative frame of mind. At a deeper level, I was noticing more conflict than I enjoy in NVC-land and I wanted to do something about it. I wanted more connection. So I reached out to see if there were people who were interested in sharing their stories, and was pleased to find contributors.
My intention was to have stories from around the world, but I didn’t find people to write them, or they didn’t have time to prepare something for the first issue of the Newsletter. I will keep reaching, and I hope that you, dear Reader, will send writers my way, too.
Thank you to the authors, to the people who said that they will contribute articles in the future, and to my Home Team, who encouraged me. And thanks to Joanne Conger for submitting the Marshall quotes for this first issue. If you would like to share your favorite Marshall quotes, please send them to me and I will include them in future Newsletters.
Thank you for being here. If you like the Newsletter, please tell your friends far and wide about it. I believe that there is a lot to celebrate in the NVC world, so please write an article to let people know what is going on, and I will pass it along.
The NVC Global Newsletter has as its primary intention the sharing of inspiring NVC projects and events. We will also publish quotes by Marshall Rosenberg, founder of Nonviolent Communication. If you are interested in contributing to this Newsletter, please contact us for content guidelines. If you enjoy the Newsletter, please tell your friends about it.nail
